David St. Ledger, DDS
• General Dentistry
Offering comprehensive treatment at his relationship-based practice,
Dr. David St. Ledger has a passion for being a patient advocate, striving to
ensure optimal oral health.
A relentless pursuit of knowing more keeps Dr. St. Ledger on the cutting edge
in a constantly evolving industry. “I study, and as visiting faculty, teach advanced
continuing dental courses at Spear Education,” he says. “Concepts and treatments
are constantly changing. One signi cant difference is that advancements in to-
day’s materials allow me to treat patients far more conservatively.”
Raising patients’ dental health awareness is also integral to his work. “Through
co-discovery using photography, we enable patients to ‘own’ their treatment plan-
ning process,” he says. “Thoroughly educating patients about their oral health,
versus taking the old, dogmatic and dictatorial approach, is essential for trust and
treatment acceptance.” A graduate of Columbia University School of Dental and
Oral Surgery, Dr. St. Ledger is co-owner of the practice with Dr. Stephen Press.
