ROBERT LI-HSuEH WANG, MD, FACC, FSCAI
Board certified in cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, and nuclear and interventional cardiology, Dr. Wang provides comprehensive cardiac care with state-of-the-art
techniques in coronary angioplasty. This is the fourth year that he has been elected to be a
New Jersey Top Doctor.
While providing acute cardiac care to his patients, he has a special interest in prevention
and risk reduction of cardiac events. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Dr. Wang has served
two terms as president of the American Chinese Medical Association of New Jersey as well
as two years as president of the Formosa American Medical Association.
A graduate of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Dr. Wang continues to contribute
to the school as a clinical instructor. He completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson
University Hospital, and his cardiology fellowship at UMDNJ. Dr. Wang is an attending
cardiologist at Saint Clare’s Hospital in Denville and the Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute
of Morristown Medical Center where he is a clinical instructor.

Board-certified otolaryngologist Dr. Derrick Wallace treats patients for a full range of
EN T conditions, with particular interest in thyroid and head and neck surgery. A fellow
of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Wallace received his fellowship training in head
and neck surgery at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. “I work for and
learn from my patients,” he says. “I listen carefully, guiding them toward medical treat-
ment before recommending surgery.”
Since teaching as an assistant professor at University of Kansas Medical Center,
Dr. Wallace has worked independently for more than a decade, recently renovating an
office to accommodate his growing practice. Affiliated with Clara Maass Medical Center
in Belleville and HackensackUMC Mountainside in Montclair, he performs ultrasound-
guided needle biopsies and minimally invasive sinus surgeries in-house for the convenience
