Theresa de Leon, PNC Wealth Management
A20-year veteran of the financial services industry, Theresa de Leon is senior vice
president and managing director of PNC Wealth
Management® of New Jersey and New York.
Through her leadership and commitment, Theresa
makes sure that clients benefit from the full
complement of investment, trust, wealth planning
and private banking services to help them achieve
their financial goals.
Theresa coaches her teams – consisting of over
100 wealth management professionals – to focus
on getting to know each client on a close, personal
basis. Once they fully understand every aspect
of the client’s life, usually through a series of in-
person meetings, the advisors can craft customized
solutions that are designed to meet specific goals.
Consistently a top performer, Theresa is
the recipient of numerous awards and honors,
including the Woman of Distinction Award from
the Girl Scouts of Essex & Hudson County, the
Women & Industry Award from the YWCA of
Bergen County and Working Mother of the Year
from Working Mother Magazine, among others.
Committed to giving back to her community,
Theresa serves as the Chair of the Palisades Medical
Center Board of Governors, a board member of
the Commerce and Industry Association of New
Jersey, a board member of the Jazz House Kids,
a board member of the Bergen Performing Arts
Center and a Member of the Finance Council of
St. Vincent de Paul.
Theresa is a graduate of Yale University, with an MS
from NYU Stern School of Business Administration
and a JD from New York Law School.
